1. Supported Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Denmark
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
- East & Southeast Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel
- South America: Chile, Uruguay, Argentina
- Africa: South Africa, Mauritius

Our team will manually check shipping availability and provide you with the best rate for your destination.
2. Warehousing & Fulfillment
BannerGlow operates local fulfillment centers in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan.
If local inventory is available in your region, your order will be fulfilled from the corresponding local warehouse for faster delivery and reduced shipping fees.
If there is no local warehouse in your country or the item is out of stock locally, your order will be shipped directly from our China headquarters.

Orders over $599 from China are eligible for Free Standard Shipping by default, but customers may choose Express Shipping at an additional cost.
Orders under $599 from China do not qualify for Free Shipping and must use Express Shipping.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
In certain cases (e.g., holidays, made-to-order products), processing may take longer.
Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped from local warehouses, no import duties or customs fees will apply, as delivery is domestic.
For orders shipped from our China headquarters, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
Most deliveries proceed smoothly, but if customs clearance is required, we’re happy to assist with documentation or communication with carriers when possible.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you’re unsure.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to customs refusal or unpaid charges.

- If your country is not listed, please contact us by email for a manual order.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed from unsupported countries without prior confirmation.
- Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. BannerGlow is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipments from China may experience delays due to customs inspections or unforeseen logistics issues.
